How do I grill cheese? Veggie count the ways
Good friend and Hip Veggies supporter Gina Azima loves cheese. So much that she is soon heading up to Tillamook, Oregon to celebrate her birthday. Gina’s mantra is “Everything goes better with cheese.”
Being the German girl that I am, I can’t help but agree.
So today, in honor of National Grilled Cheese Day, I did a little research about how many ways you can grill that cheese with a little something from our other favorite food category.
We love art. We love cheese. But even more…we love the art of cheese.
Grilled nopales and roquefort (which could be used as a sandwich or quesadilla filler)
